What to expect

When you go for your first lactic peel, here’s what you can expect:

1. Consultation: The beautician will begin with a consultation to assess your skin type and concerns, ensuring the peel is suitable for you.

2. Preparation: Your skin will be cleansed to remove any makeup, oil, or impurities. A pre-peel solution may be applied to enhance the peel’s effectiveness.

3. Application: The lactic acid solution will be evenly applied to your skin. You might feel a mild tingling or warming sensation, but it’s generally less intense than other chemical peels due to its gentle nature.

4. Duration: The peel will stay on your skin for a few minutes, typically around 3-10 minutes, depending on your skin’s sensitivity and the strength of the peel.

5. Neutralisation: The acid will be neutralised and washed off. Your skin might be slightly red or feel tight immediately after the procedure.

6. Aftercare: A soothing moisturiser and sunscreen will be applied. The beautician will provide aftercare instructions, including avoiding sun exposure and using gentle skincare products.

7. Recovery: Your skin may peel lightly or feel dry over the next few days. This is normal and part of the exfoliation process. Expect to see improvements in your skin’s texture and tone within a week.

Treatment Cycle:

3-5 sessions, with an interval of 15 days between sessions. Maintenance session every 3-6 months.

Provides an immediate glow effect. Revitalises the tone and provides luminosity, attenuates imperfections. 

Ideal for skin that feels dull, photoaging or signs of fatigue.

Composition:

Shikimic Acid + caffeic acid + arginine

18% lactic acid, 18% glycolic acid, 2% retinol+retinal, 1% bakuchiol, ascorbic acid, ferulic acid, lactobionic acid.

Treatment Cycle:

2-5 sessions, with an interval of 15 days between sessions. Maintenance session every 3-6 months.

Retexturising peel that attenuates skin imperfections on the surface. Evens out tone and relief, minimises pores, oxygenates and purifies the skin. 
Recommended for uneven tone and relief, enlarged pores.

COMPOSITION

30% TCA, 6% kojic acid, chlorogenic acid, etidronic acid, aminobutyric acid, hydrogen peroxide.

Treatment Cycle:

3-5 sessions, with an interval of 15 days between sessions. Maintenance session every 3-6 months.

mesopeel® blemiskin is a Superficial skin exfoliating agent for acne-prone skin. It reduces excess sebum and shine on the skin. It improves and reducesthe appearance of pores, improving the skins surface and tone.
